Meet Abby
Abby’s background is deeply rooted in music, with years of experience as a professional pianist. Her passion for the art goes beyond the piano—she has extensively researched the profound positive effects music has on the body and mind. Combining her love for music and wellness, Abby has hosted live piano and yoga sessions, creating calming and transformative experiences for others.
Her journey into retreats began in Tyrol, Austria, where she worked at a yoga retreat in the mountains. It was there she fell in love with the art of curating meaningful spaces for connection, relaxation, and growth. This experience, along with her years of practicing fitness and yoga, inspired her into the retreat space.

Meet Chloe
Chloe is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and advocate of mental health & wellbeing. Her wellness journey is personal and inspiring, and began at the tender age of just 16. Chloe recently travelled to Bali to complete her yoga teacher training, immersing herself in daily practices that brought profound healing and transformation that she can't wait to share. Chloe discovered a new lease of life through mindfulness, meditation, and movement and now inspires others with her online mindful movement classes.
Chloe’s heartfelt mission is to guide others in finding happiness, peace, and strength from within through daily practices she will be guiding on this retreat. With her unique blend of life experience, compassion and purpose, she strives to create a space where guests can feel empowered, balanced, and deeply nourished.
ABOUT THE HOSTS
Chloe and Abby bonded over their shared passion for wellness and fitness. Their friendship grew from their mutual interests, and they’ve been close ever since, united by their commitment to helping others live healthier, more balanced lives.
Both Abby and Chloe wanted to create their own retreat and thought they should combine their expertise to create the ultimate experience!
